Searching for GOD?

 

God loves you and created you to know Him personally
God created each of us to be His friend. He made us in His image and gave us a spiritual longing for a relationship with Him. He also gave us a free will. When we choose our own way it creates a distance between us and God. The Bible calls this sin. The consequence of sin is death. The problem is none of us are able to bridge the gap in our own effort. 
(John 3:16, Romans 6:23)

Jesus is God’s provision for our sin
God bridged the gap for us by sending His only Son, Jesus, to die on the cross for our sin. His death on the cross paid the price for our sin, making the way for us to enter into a relationship with God. 
(Romans 5:8, John 14:6)

Life as it was meant to be
When we admit that we have sinned and ask God to forgive us and lead us our sin is forgiven and we are able to enter into the relationship with God that He intends. The penalty of death is paid. We experience freedom to choose life and God’s power to live.          
(Ephesians 2:8-9, John 3:1-8)

You can receive Jesus through Prayer

If this prayer expresses the desire of your heart, Jesus will come into your life as He promised. 
Jesus, I want to know you. Thank you for dying on the cross for my sins. Forgive me for living life my way, I want to put you first in my life. Help me, change me, make me the person you created me to be.
